All of those who have said they would NOT support Occupy Tulsa, I would like for you to identify your age, sex, marital status and yearly wage.

My wife grew up living with her mother and brother. They secretly moved out of their house because of her abusive/ alcoholic father. She lived in a trailer, and used food stamps to get by. She worked her tail off and made straight A's while holding a full-time job from the age of 15. Now, she is a successful medical professional.......you know, one of the "evil" wealthy and privileged. Why does success make someone a bad person?

You have to work for what you get, people. This is the only country in the world where you can go from "lower class" to "upper class" just by working hard and making the right decisions. So America.....do you want security or opportunity? You can't have both.

If only they could pool their time and resources and create some sort of entity that provided goods and services... Oh, wait... that would make them an evil corporation. I know, if only they could pool their time and resources and provide the goods and services of others by threat of force, what would that make them?

I live in Tulsa and would gladly go support the protesters if I had the time between classes.

if you want everything done for you move to a socialist country. I for one work for my stuff and don't depend on anyone, people like you sheep alway looking for the handout. This president knows if he can cause class warfare, which he is doing now although deniying it, is all about getting the freebie handout vote.

JackOK1---You are so totally ignorant! Ignorant about life and economic times. How can you, as a human, blame people for wanting equality? How many rich people do you know that are adding to equality. I don't especially mean to give poor people your money, I mean give us FAIR wages, and a fair shot at life. Not all poor people are bums, you know! Why should rich people have so much when most of the rest of us don't have enough to eat or decent healthcare. Who will keep the rich people rich after they kill the rest of us? Oh, yeah. I forgot. They'll bring in more immigrants to replace us!

You jerks suck, why not get a job and do something with your life instead of feeling sorry for yourselves and blaming others because you'd rather make asses out of yourselves. I wish they'd throw all those assholes in jail.

I've heard protesters say that they want to end Capitalism and that they wouldn't go to work for a corporation if someone gave them a job. I'm curious as to how they think that they can earn a living with no corporations or businesses. And just what do they want to replace Capitalism with?

Amnesty for student loans and a 1 or 2% sales tax on speculative financial transactions (like the Torbin tax in Europe) would be a good start. Occupy Tulsa should be open to ideas but resist manipulation by those with hidden agendas. This is also a great time to start a conversation about establishing a state bank in Oklahoma along the lines of North Dakota. By having a state bank Oklahomans will gain financial leverage at Wall Street's expense.
