I could argue most everything, but I can't argue with finishing your story with Bill's Jumbo Burgers. The Big Mama burger inspires poetry and song.

Since we are focusing on the Fair Board...they said that one of the reasons that they would not renew the lease was that the business plan submitted by the Bell family was not viable. The Bell family refused to let this business plan be made public. The one business dealing that her family had with a government entity and they won't let anyone see their business plan.

How can we trust Sally Bell to be open and honest when our only experience with her is the opposite? Why has she to this day refused to let anyone see the very documents that were used as an excuse to not renew her lease?

This is a major flaw in Sally Bell's campaign. This is way more important to me than the fact that a retired politician who you didn't like endorsed her opponent.

Frankly, I am kind of shocked that you don't see her hiding these records from public view as a problem. I have always respected your efforts to bring transparency to government.

Karen Keith has a history of openness and a reputation of helping others succeed. She is a strong democrat that has worked in republican administrations and endorsements from both parties. She will help govern in a non-partisan way that benefits those that matter the most, the citizens of Tulsa County.

"The old mini-golf area on the south edge of the park was closed because it was generating more cost than revenue..."

   What?

How much does it cost to sweep the leaves off the carpet? Miniature Golf has got to be the least expensive part of the part of the course to operate.

Bell's just let it fall apart. It was the edge of the course that fronted the main road and it just sat there decaying for years. It was completely indicative of the problems with the park.

Bell's was run down. They stopped putting money into the park. Our tax dollars were investing millions into new facilities at the fairgrounds and Bell's was becoming an embarassment and unsafe. How many times were the deputies called out to break up large gang fights the last couple of years?

I didn't agree with the manner that the Fair Board dealt with Bell's, but your statement that, "The blame for Bell's demise rests completely at the feet of the Fair Board..." is just untrue.

I think that the long history of baseball in Tulsa could be lost if the team moved to a suburb. We want the Drillers to stay in Tulsa.

The Drillers will succeeed wherever they play because they are such a class act. They have never asked for a stadium in the 26 years they have been here and I frankly believe they deserve one now.

When the home team scores a run, we want home plate to be in Tulsa.

   814 officers/382.475 (thousand residents) = 2.128 officers per 1,000 residents...

Who does the math for the police union?

I was surprised there were no members of the Clergy on this year's list. Surely some must be poised to have a good year and are seen as leaders in our community.
