If you are looking for an extra kick with your breakfast, the Blue Rose Café has it! During their weekend breakfasts, they serve $2 mimosas! If that is not quite the kick your are looking for, try the Grande Enchilada. It is truly grande in its size! The ham steak and the applewood smoked bacon are local favorites. Pair them with some eggs and you're good to go!
