Ingredients:
Large pear chunk
1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Domaine De Canton
Ginger Ale
Ginger Beer Ice Cube

In a pint glass, muddle together your pear, Jameson, lime juice, and Domaine De Canton. Now using a shaking tin, shake and double strain, using a tea strainer, over a ginger beer ice cube. Finally top off with some ginger ale and garnish with a little chunk of pear. This signature cocktail is a concoction you're going to want to put on the top of your holiday drink list this year.
