8.5 oz. Chimay Triple In a glass, we use a goblet, pour in a half ounce of Chartreuse and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters. Now we pour our Chimay Triple beer on top. Now enjoy this monk-on-monk beer cocktail. Back in the monastery, this drink just might be a felony.
