From Here to Eternity. Joseph Gierek Fine Art -- 1512 E. 15th St. -- is exhibiting the work of John Dawson, the Arizona artist who puts his own spin on art from different times in Chasing Yesterdays. The exhibit, which features artistic retoolings of Annie Oakley and Billy the Kid, as well as modern twists on 18th century French art, walks the line between time and eternity. Stars like Jef Gibson and Tyler Bowers will attempt to ride their crotch rockets to glory as they twist, turn, and jump in this indoor, off-road racing event.
