A new Billy Sims location opens on Brookside and then BOOM--there's a new OU Heisman trophy winner. Coincidence? Probably. None the less, when it comes to barbeque, Billy Sims BBQ has it all: brisket, pulled pork, bologna, hot links, polish sausage, smoked chicken, turkey and of course, Red Zone ribs. Billy's sideliners (that's football talk for sides) include Billy Beans, Sooner Slaw-ter, Mini-Huskers or smoked corn on the cob.

The folks at Caz's want you to feel at home whether you're tearing through a plate of hot wings or savoring The Big "C": a two ?lb patty, double cheeseburger monstrosity. If you'd prefer not to loosen your belt after eating, there are entrees like the Tulsa Twister, dubbed, "The ultimate baked potato," or Chicken and Waffles, which, although many have heard about the unusual dish, few have tried it themselves...Well, now's your chance.
