Started right here in Tulsa, America, Daylight has been serving its brand of doughnuts since 1954. They have locations all across the city (more than what's listed above). Daylight is, of course, known for its doughnuts and other pastries, but one must be diligent in trying some of the other selections. They have ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches and coffee and juice. If you're a fan of savory treats, try one of Daylight's sausage rolls.

How many places in the world have a pickle bar? Not that many, but then, there really aren't that many places like Goldie's. Goldie's Charburger is made with a secret recipe ensuring a taste that you won't find anywhere else. Burgers also come in the chili- or country gravy-covered varieties. Skip the bun altogether and try the sirloin or rib eye steak, grilled to perfection just how you like it. They've even got corndogs for the kids.

This cozy restaurant lends itself to a celebration of special occasions or to a romantic night on the town. Start off with baked brie, crab cakes or carpaccio; then try one of several homemade pastas, like shrimp and mussels with linguine, the garlicky farfalle pasta with pesto, chicken & goat cheese or a classic like eggplant parmesan. Garlic Rose also offers heftier entrees such as pork tenderloin, chicken marsala or stuffed veal chop. An extensive wine list is available.
