Have you had your whole grains today? This bakery has everything you need to start your day off on a healthy note. Choose from cookies (you're an adult, it's ok), scones, trek bars, power brownies or muffins. While you're there pick up a fresh loaf of bread with many varieties made fresh regularly with a new flavor available daily in the plain, grain, seed, nut, fruit, fruit and nut or sweet cinnamon categories.

Back Creek Deli

If you're out and about on the South side of town the Back Creek Deli in Broken Arrow offers a cozy atmosphere with plenty of lunch options to choose from. The egg salad and tuna salad are very popular. Wraps are available in the chicken salad, tuna salad, chicken Caesar, Santa Fe chicken, turkey bacon ranch and crispy chicken varieties. Try one of the homemade pies, cakes or brownies for dessert.

If you're a lunch-going downtowner there's a good chance you've stumbled upon this healthy Mexican joint. If you flee downtown like the plague at 5pm everyday you may not realize Eloté stays open for dinner with all the same favorites from lunch, amped up with entrees like mojito chicken, the Portobello tart and the sustainable saltwater halibut. Try the the house margarita made with fresh lime and orange juices, no mixers here.

White Owl

This new Cherry Street hangout offers a full selection of pub grub throughout the day, White Owl switches to pizza and panini's only after 10pm. The eight-inch stone-baked thin crust pizzas come in a handful of flavors. If it's a Panini you seek, try the Cuban, made with pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on Ciabatta bread.
