Weber's Superior Root Beer, 3817 S. Peoria, 742-1082
Weber's famous root beer was first brewed in the late 1800s by Oscar "Weber Bilby," who moved to Oklahoma in 1884. Legend says he also grilled the nation's first hamburgers for hungry neighbors on July 4, 1891. The Bilby family is still serving hamburgers, sausage cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings made on that original grill that Oscar built. Not in the mood for a burger? Have a coney, corn dog or chicken sandwich. And of course, enjoy a root beer freeze or float for dessert.
