Trojan ... Woman. Those who disagree with this country's war decisions might find common ground in the politically-charged message of The Trojan Women. The Tulsa Performing Arts Center, 110 E. Second St., presents this modernized version of Greek playwright Euripides' tragedy, which originally premiered in 415 B.C. This mythology-based story stars heroines Hecuba, Cassandra and Andromache, war hero widows and daughters who suffer numerous losses when they become captives after the fall of Troy. The play premieres tonight and shows through this weekend and next, May 27-29 at 8pm, as well as May 23 and 30 at 2pm. The Trojan Women is recommended for mature audiences. Count by Fives. If five is your lucky number, you'll definitely want to check out the Tulsa Artist Coalition's Annual 5x5 Show and Sale at 9 E. Brady St. Hundreds of 5x5 inch canvases adorn the walls of the 25x25 foot art gallery and are sold for $55 per piece. The show, which began in 1999, features work from hundreds of artists and a variety of subjects in an array of mediums. Eye of the Tiger. Need an excuse to rev your engine and show everybody just how much horsepower roars beneath you? Look no further than the Tiger 100 Bike Rally, which benefits Broken Arrow high school football. Bike show entry is $10, and prizes include a $500 gift card to Myers Duren. The ride begins and ends at the Broken Arrow High School Stadium, 1901 E. Albany St. in Broken Arrow. The rally also features the live band New Dynasty and an appearance by the Green Country Derby Girls. Registration runs from 10am to 11am. Rolling Around. What happens when two inner city roller derby teams cross paths? You'll have to find out as the Green Country Roller Girls Thunder Dollz take on the Tulsa Derby Brigade in a cross-town match-up at Broken Arrow Rollersports, 551 W. Oakland Place in Broken Arrow. While there will be a great deal of action to follow throughout the night, the match is truly dedicated to raising awareness for exploited and missing children, which they're titling the event as "Hardcore Hearts." A portion of the evening's sales will be donated to the Morgan Nick Foundation. This is the first time this season the teams will meet and go head-to-head to prove who's the best in the city. Popping a Wheelie. Where the road ends and the party begins! Bikelahoma has become known among motorcycle enthusiasts for its live music, stunt shows and revved up party atmosphere. This year's Bikelahoma, in Pryor at the Catch the Fever Fairgrounds, 1421 W450 Road, will feature music from Jackyl, The Marshall Tucker Band and Foghat. As Jackyl's frontman Jesse Dupree commented on his third appearance at Bikelahoma, "Strap on your leathers and put on your drinking shoes, because it's time for Jackylstock at Bikelahoma." This year, join several attempts to break different world records such as the number of bikes to burn out simultaneously. The event begins at 3pm Friday and runs until Sunday evening. Box of Colors. Brilliant color, diversity and creativity are all things you'll expect to find at the MOREcolor Fine Art Exhibition at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center, 621 E. Fourth St. Sixty artists of all styles, orientations and genders take part in the juried show, which runs from May 27 until June 5. Viewers will find artwork that is both traditional and edgy in two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms.
