Breakfast, Lunch, Diner & Late Night

Savoy Restaurant

6033 S Sheridan Rd., 494-5621

You'll find plenty of options on Savoy's breakfast menu. Egg fan? Try the Cowboy Omelet -- made with ham, bacon, bell peppers and American cheese, or you can get eggs cooked however you like. For a sizzling start to your day, try one of the skillets -- served with several types of meat, veggies, eggs and cheese. Whatever you choose, don't forget to try one of Savoy's famous cinnamon rolls.

MON-FRI 6AM-2:30PM; SAT 6AM-NOON

Big Al's Healthy Foods

3303 E. 15th St., 744-5085

Since 1972, Big Al's has been supplying Tulsa with fresh, healthy sandwiches, wraps and smoothies. The menu retains some original favorites, such as the Turkey Avocado Wrap, the Zadzekee Wrap and the Burrito Supreme, as well as newer items like an Alfredo Chicken Panini. The restaurant also specializes in smoothies sweetened with local honey and available in combinations like Orange Strawberry and Key Lime Blast.

MON-SAT 10AM-4PM

Lanna Thai

7227 S. Memorial Dr., 249-5262

Start with a Curry Puff: deep fried pastry filled with curried potatoes, onions, carrots and peas. For a late meal, give the Pla Jian a whirl: a filet of deep-fried trout topped with sweet sauce, ginger, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and tamarind sauce. For dessert try Glua Buoad-Chee, banana cooked in sweet coconut milk.

HOURS: SUN-THURS 11AM-10PM; FRI-SAT 11AM-11PM

Soco's Sports Bar & Grill

8161 S. Harvard, 477-7551

For a good location for fun with friends and great food, SoCo's is an ideal destination. Typical sports bar food (SoCo's Nacho, Southwestern Potato Skins, Angus Cheese burger) is juxtaposed with Alaskan Salmon, Rib-Eye Steak and Grilled Chicken Alfredo. Monday through Friday is Happy Hour with two for one domestic bottles and drafts and half price appetizers!
