Siegi’s Sausage
Factory
8104 S. Sheridan Rd., 492-8988
In true deli fashion, Siegi’s hand-makes as many
products as they can, including their own varieties of sausages
(more than 20 ) which are mostly influenced by the central European
style. Siegi’s also prepares an array of deli sandwiches,
specialty sandwiches, plate lunches, side salads and desserts.
Sandwiches can be built from such meats as Schinkenwurt,
German bologna and pan-toasted turkey. Important to note,
three lunchmeats — roast beef, pastrami and corned beef are
cured at Siegi’s to house specifications.
