Storm Rollin' Through. For those who want to be well-rested for the New Year's bash tomorrow night, feel free to turn in early and drink lots of water in preparation. Jump to the Left. The annual showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show has finally arrived. Not only does it do a body good to embrace this quirky film at least once a year, it also serves as a great way to nurse that hangover from last night's masquerade party. Bundle up, down that bloody Mary and scurry down to Circle Cinema, 12 S. Lewis Ave. Brad and Janet will get sucked into the world of Transylvania and Dr. Frank-N-Furter on Jan. 1 and Jan. 2 at 10pm and 12pm. The best part of this trippy venture is that audience participation is encouraged.

Sun., Jan. 2

Slap Shot. The Tulsa Oilers square off against the Allen Americans for the fourth time this season. Both teams have come out on top during the 2010-2011 season and with several encounters ahead, one team is sure to pull ahead. Be at the BOK Center, 200 S. Denver, for the face-off at 4:05pm. The season has continued to improve for the Oilers so don't miss as they cut through the ice, push out the competition and knock the puck into the net for a winning night. Tulsa's favorite hockey team has played hard through the holidays and can always use a little pick-me-up from local fans. Skate downtown and get in on the action for $12-42. Recuperation. That hangover is finally starting to fade. Just one more night of easy-going music, calm hangouts and coffee. Pretty in Pink. All those resolutions are starting to set in. You're going to the gym, eating less and hanging out with friends more, right? Well gather up the crew and head over to Pink Rock N Roll Lounge, 112 E. 18th St., for a night out on the town. Get into the cool modern vibe and rock the night away on the dance floor. Grab a Cosmo or cold brew from the bar, enjoy the company of a beautiful bartender, and enjoy the fact that the New Year's Eve hangover has finally gone away.

Caricature Life. Spending an evening with Peter Griffin or Stewie might sound like fun but cartoon characters can be hard to pin down. He may not actually be drawn by pencil or make ridiculously absurd, nationally televised comments to his fictitious wife Lois, but Claude Stuart is cartoon-like in his approach to comedy and will have audiences in stitches moments after taking the microphone. Described as an optimistic dyslexic who's prone to bad luck, Stuart's life stories make a great script. Get over to the Loony Bin, 6808 S. Three's Company. One of the hottest country bands in the nation rolls into Green Country to light up the night and set the microphone aflame. Hopefully, Cain's Ballroom, 423 N. Main, will still be standing by the time The Band Perry is closing down for the evening as Tulsan's are coming out in droves to rock along with this sibling group. Crossing the country playing their No. 1 hit single, "If I Die Young," the Perry's are capturing new fans and amazing their faithful followers. This band is sure to make history so don't miss Kimberly, Reid and Neil under the disco ball. Local favorite, Kristin Nicole Band, opens the night at 8pm.
