Happy Birthday. Caz's Pub, 21 E. Brady, is celebrating 16 years as "The Heart & Soul of the Brady District." Owner Jeff Castleberry opened the neighborhood bar in Aug. 1995. The Brady District staple is throwing a week-long anniversary party that ends Aug. 13.
