Fall Fest. Marshall Brewing Company will officially launch Oktoberfest Lager at Fassler Hall, 304 S. Elgin Ave., on Sept. 1 from 5-7pm. The launch party will be the exclusive first offering of Oktoberfest Lager on draft and will feature brewmaster Eric Marshall and the Marshall Brewing team.
Oktoberfest Lager is a beautiful deep copper-colored lager highlighted by a complex malt flavor, elegantly balanced by the bittering of noble German hops. This beer is extremely smooth and highly drinkable.
Oktoberfest Lager will be available in six packs at liquor stores, restaurants, and bars across the state of Oklahoma in addition to Tulsa's own 2011 Oktoberfest. The fall seasonal will replace Arrowhead Pale Ale, Marshall's summer seasonal, on draft at a limited number of locations throughout the state. The 2011 release marks the first time Oktoberfest Lager will be available in six packs.
