Double Take. One Place breaks ground again for Phase II of the development -- a five-story office and retail building encompassing approximately 57,000 square feet. The anchor tenant is Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, a company currently located at 71st and Yale in South Tulsa. Managing Partner Lance Franczyk expressed the move from South Tulsa to downtown would help in recruitment of college-educated young professionals. This will be the company's Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas flagship office. The building is expected to open in the summer of 2012.
One Place is a $100+ million mixed-use development located in front of the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. Once completed, the entire development will feature a hotel, residential, office, retail and restaurants. The development is currently acclaimed as one of the Top 20 new construction projects of this size in the U.S.
