Spice It Up. Billy Sims announces the inclusion of Ike's Chili in his newest restaurant concept aptly titled Billy & Ike's. With a menu consisting of traditional coneys and creative gourmet hot dogs, Billy & Ike's will feature the award winning Ike's Chili on its select hot dog offerings.

A noted Tulsa icon, Ike's Chili has received numerous awards in its hundred plus years of service. A safely guarded family secret, the Ike's Chili recipe has been passed from generation-to-generation. Operator Chris Trail is the fourth generation family member to carry on the family legacy. Once referred to as "the caviar of chili" by J Edgar Hoover, Ike's Chili is a notable Tulsa tradition and Oklahoma's oldest existing restaurant -- since 1908.

Billy & Ike's will be located inside the Farm Shopping Center at 51st and Sheridan Rd., next door to the Original Billy Sims BBQ. The concept will open Jan. 28. There will be giveaways, prizes, special guest and Ryan Broyles will be conducting an autograph session next door at the all new Boomertown USA.
