Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Late Night

Camilles

6030 S. Yale Ave., 918-481-9727

Breakfast does not always have to be classic or swimming in syrup or grease. Camille's offers you some tasty, healthy choices in the form of wraps made with low-cholesterol eggs, jasmine rice and fresh ingredients. Non-meat eaters can try the Vegetarian Zenergy with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, chives and sun-dried tomato pesto. Need more protein? Get the Original Breakfast Wrap with bacon or ham.

MON-THU, 8AM-6PM; FRIDAY, 8AM-3PM; SATURDAY, 10AM-2PM

Cattleman's Steakhouse

3332 S. 79th E. Ave., 918-622-4000

You can't really go wrong with a steak, especially when it's cooked your way and Cattleman's in the Embassy Suites will ensure you get just that. Try their succulent Filet Mignon or their New York Strip. They have other options, too. For example, the Alaskan King Crab Legs or get the Blackened Chicken Fettuccini with garden vegetables and a garlic cream sauce.

SUN-SAT, 11AM-2PM, 5PM-10PM

Smoke

1542 E. 15th St., 918-949-4440

Tulsans love this restaurant for a good reason! The food is delectable and is not available everywhere. One favorite is the Grilled Quail with cheddar grits and creamed spinach. Also try the Bacon Jam Bruschetta with herb goat cheese, bacon jam, arugula and smoked olive oil. You will also be supporting local business as Smoke places an emphasis on buying locally grown produce.

MON-SAT, 11AM-10PM; SUNDAY, 11AM-9PM

Kilkenny's

1413 E. 15th St., 918-582-8282

Irish fare! Potatoes and corned beef cabbage! But, this Irish pub has more than the traditional dishes. Try The Vinesgrove Boxty, featuring sautéed carrots, red onion, zucchini, mushrooms and red peppers with garlic and shallots in white wine and an Irish cheddar sauce. If you need more protein, get the Powerstown Pork Chop, a two-inch thick pork rib chop served with apple cider and mushroom cream sauce.

MON-FRI, 11AM-2AM; SAT-SUN, 9AM-2AM
