Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut Pears vodka
1/2 oz Apple Pucker
2 dashes lavender bitters
1 oz moonstone pear saké
1/4 oz simple syrup
Lillet apritif

Lemon Twist In a mixing tin with ice, combine all the ingredients, minus the Lillet and lemon. Shake well. Next, strain into a martini glass and float a splash of Lillet on top and garnish with a Lemon twist. Sushi and a tasty tini? What more could you ask for?
