Hip to Be Square. Why not spend one of the last days of 2012 filling your sophistication quota? Max Weber and the Figure is on exhibit at the Philbrook Museum of Art, 2727 S. Rockford Road Similar in style to Picasso, Weber's obsession with the human figure is filtered many times over through the uber-geometric sieve of the square, making soft bodies freshly abrasive. There's plenty of time to ponder perspective, as the museum is open from 10am-8pm.

American Gramophone. Created in the 1970s, Chip Davis would never have guessed that along with the cockroach his Mannheim Steamroller would have survived even the Mayan apocalypse. They perform at 8pm at the Tulsa PAC, 110 E 2nd St., in the Chapman Music Hall.

Not-Quite-Modern Mayhem. There will be plenty of it, though the Dowager Countess would undoubtedly deem thoroughly vulgar at the Downton Abbey Season 3 Premiere. The period piece will debut at the Circle Cinema, 10 S. Lewis at 5:30pm. The Great War may be over, but the excitement is just beginning.
