Yes, there was snow on the ground this week, but summer is just around the corner- especially since an Oklahoma summer lasts approximately 10 months. Besides, it's never too early to tlak about swimsuits. This year, UTW decided to visit some tattoo parlors and graffiti walls to make some art out of the people that put art on their bodies. There is only one word for the result: YOWZA!
