Go to ribcrib.com and look for the nutritional information. It is not to be found. Call the cor prate office and ask for it. The response they are to give is "we are working on it." this has been three years. I decided to investigate. The oil they use to fry the food has THREE grams of TRANS FAT per serving. furthermore, the seasoning they use to season ALL of their meats contains MSG! Obviously they care more about saving money than our health.
