Bull and Bear Tavern - Bar - Neighborhood Bars - Location

I went to Bull and Bear Tavern one time, and one time only.
Had an extra charge on my Visa card. I guess the batender there at the time has no problems stealing from other people. Bought one drink and noticed the next day and extra swipe on my card for a flat 5 dollars. Not cool Bull and Bear:(
