I love the Gaucho!!! After living in Brazil for over 10 years I missed the "environment." It is not American cuisine. Don't expect an American salad bar, but for those who are not afraid to try new things, it is great. It is an relaxed atomosphere, where no one gets in a hurry. I love their Black beans, their stroganoff, and the Guarana' (a Brazilian softdrink)!!! I have always had good service, and the cuts of meat were always good. Thank you, Jose' and family for bring Brazilian cuisine to Tulsa.

Considering the dinning style, the service was disappointing. You should expect a well paced meal, so don't be in a hurry. However, the service was slower than my grass growing! The meat servers were slow and ignored any personal requests. I spent the entire dinning experience "flagging" them down, as they continued to ignore my "green" card! Additionally, the waitress refilled not only my ice tea, but also my dining plate with ice tea! I would not recommend the food either. The meats were average, overcooked and subsequently dry. The salad bar offerings are limited and what is available, is floating in a heavy oil and butter sauce. For example, the Brazilian Beef Stroganoff was the consistency of soup; that's a first. The only upside to the experience, is that I'll never go again; nor recommend it to anyone.
