Savoy Restaurant - Restaurant - Location

The food was OK but the servers were old and mean. I have never been to a place where I felt uncomfortable to be waited on. They never smile and act like you are putting them out by being there. I wonder why an owner would keep help like that. Very disappointed. I will never go back.
