Peoria Ave. Local artists take on the grueling task of fitting their flair into the tiniest package possible, maxed out with style and hopefully soon to deck someone's halls. Repairing What is Broken. "Tikkun Olam" is Hebrew phrase meaning just that. One of the tenets of Judaism for centuries, the importance of doing good in the world is brought home to our local community. Tikkun in Tulsa, shown at the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art, 2021 E. 71st St., offers paintings by artists from near and far as they strive to heal the world.
