Feel like having a Mexican morning? Café Ole offers a complete breakfast menu every Saturday and Sunday. If you're in the mood for eggs, choices include the queso blanco omelet- three eggs, filled with ricotta, feta and Monterey jack cheese. Or try the breakfast burrito served with all the fixin's.

Brothers Houligan

2508 E. 15th St., 747-1086

9701 E. 61st St., 254-1086

A burger for lunch is a no-brainer. Bros. Houligan offers basic choices you'd expect as well as some less traditional fare like the Green Bean Burger, a burger topped with green beans, or the Bayou Burger, a burger cooked with Cajun seasoning and smothered with pepper jack cheese.

The Delta Café

Although Tulsa isn't near an actual delta, we can still enjoy its regional delights. There's nothing like catfish to remind you of Dixie. You can get it crispy, grilled or Cajun fried. For that taste only mama can make, try the Sheppard's Pie - meatloaf topped with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and cheddar cheese.

HOURS: SUN-THUR 11AM-9PM; FRI-SAT 11AM-10PM

Hideaway Pizza

8222 E. 103rd St., 366-4777

Open late Friday and Saturday nights since 1957, Hideaway has been a staple for Okie pizza-lovers looking for a good pie. Try the Little Kahuna, made with olive oil garlic sauce and topped with mozzarella, provolone, chicken, bacon, sun-dried tomato and feta cheese. The creative types can make their own from Hideaway's many toppings.
