Ah, Wilderness! Fresh air, crisp mornings, clear-running streams and ponds and lakes. Water. Last one in is a day old piece of sushi! Yes, it is that time of year once again for our ultra fab, annual Swimsuit Edition. This year we hit the road from 7th and Kenosha, down Elgin Ave. south and into the deep, dark forests of the Gunboat District and the international HQ of Just Camp. We took with us some of the best chefs and wait staff from a sampling of some of our favorite restaurants around town. We pitched tents and got down to business. You will recognize them all, even without their clothes on. They’re all great sports, to be sure, and when it comes down to preparing grub, these are the guys and gals with whom you want to travel.
