Hoopin' at Home. Basketball season is winding down and the Tulsa 66ers only have a few weeks left. Don't miss T-Town's favorite development team as they take on the Erie BayHawks at the Tulsa Convention Center, 100 Civic Center. Giving Back. A little art with a lot of heart has come to Loose Leaf Co., 328 E. 1st St. Benefitting Go International, local artists band together to remind Tulsa of the social injustices playing out every day and raise funds to help transformation take place in different corners of world. Created to Create [Change] begins at 7pm and invites believers of justice to purchase artwork in hopes of building a different reality for orphans and victims of sex trafficking. Sat., Feb. 26Light the Fire. There aren't many opportunities to publicly roast local personalities but the Tulsa Press Club, 415 S. Boston Ave., is back again to host their 78th annual Tulsa Gridiron. This year's show, "Survivor: City Hall. Or, Goodness Gracious, Great Tar Balls of Fire" pokes at everything from the bedbug outbreak to Wikileaks and the Tea Party. Glory Day Gags. The days of radio shows and Vaudeville have long passed but the talent that used to stream from the pre-apple era still incites laughter and delight from audiences. One of the few performers to successfully transition from a radio show to a hit television broadcast was Jack Benny.
