The commission form of city government always worked better. When the change to City Council form of government arrived, politics entered and accountability went out of the window.

IQ Test

Intelligence cannot be measured without a common environmental denominator, based on the value of survival methods in time and location. Everyone is superior to everyone else depending on the problems at hand.

Intelligence cannot be classified to only educated recall and repetition on demand. Abstract creativity is also not a single measure of intelligence. Physical skills also cannot be classified as intelligence exclusive of other factors. Consequently there is no accurate measurement of quantitative intelligence outside of environmental cultures.

Intelligence also has a hereditary source, some good and some bad -- such as child prodigies and savants that have no survival skills except in a highly protective culture. Race also is not a factor of intelligence, although cultures that discourage new knowledge by imposing traditions and religions on members will over time produce a mentally stagnant society. It is important to encourage the inquiring thought processes like deductive reasoning, to question the pillars of the past -- especially in education, science, religion and government.

The human factors necessary to produce a better world must only promote leaders of intelligent goodness, leaders with foresight to work for the common good, human equalities and opportunities for productive lives in freedom. The flaw in human intelligent history is the scoundrels that use deception with politics and religion to make wars of destruction and wars on the old, the sick and poor. Intelligence cowards are those that blindly follow the warmongers and infidels by actions without consulting their God given goodness -- these are God killers. God has no armies, no warriors -- only peacemakers are true believers. God lives in the Good who are the temples of God on earth. The pure definition of sin is to abandon one's own intelligence to follow fools and greedy little men without any goodness left in them There is no glory in wars -- social or military -- only death, destruction and ignorant evil

Colorblind

A heritage of slavery in America is what defines the black man in America. African Americans and Americans of color are beloved and considered allies to the black man in America whether they are truly allies or not, the black man in America still accepts them into his bosom.

This impersonator of a black president has no heritage of slavery in America. And his choices show that he does not hold the values and struggles of black Americans as his priority. Rather he's repeatedly proven to be a lap dog for the rich.

Mr. President, you floated into office on the dime and reputation of the black man in America, but frankly we're tired of you disgracing us with your dict sucker in chief routine. And we see no reason to have any special delight in you being re-elected. Particularly as you are posing as an American black man.

Oh, your children are black Americans, and your wife is a black American; but you have no heritage of slavery in this nation. So your black license has been revoked. You were brought to office by the kids. We'll see if the kids will carry you again. We see no reason to. Indeed, if Donald Trump runs, we plan fully to support him. You had your day, and we understand clearly who you love. Congratulations on being "called" the first black president. And what has Maxine Waters done? We want more independent candidates -- run, Trump, run.

Is the fence finished? Bust the banks. Clean congress. Repel the invasion. No amnesty!
