Thursday, Jan. 26

We've already discussed Other Lives' return to Tulsa with Brother Bear, which is undoubtedly the must-see show of the week for indie rock fans. If youíre looking for something different, you can find a mixed bill of reggae and rock with The Rebellion and Baron Von Swagger at Treehouse or an all-ages rock show with Jamie's Elsewhere, Icon for Hire and These Hearts at The Marquee, starting at 6:30pm

Friday, Jan. 27

So what do you prefer as you head into your weekend, nationally touring acts or local tunes? We've got both tonight with big shows by Lady Antebellum with Darius Riker and Thompson Square at BOK Center, Dwight Yoakam at The Joint, Reckless Kelly with Brandon Clark Band at Cain's Ballroom and even Gordon Lightfoot at The Brady.

If you're more in the mood for a club show, check out this month's Musiclynx showcase at Fishbonz with RadioRadio, Promo Dave & the Haters and the live band debut of We The Ghost. Mercury Lounge hosts Carrie Nation & the Speakeasy and Moai Broadcast mixes it up at Crystal Pistol with Phoenix Brothers.

Saturday, Jan. 28

Kick off your evening in relax mode with the debut of New Morning at Agora Coffeehouse at 7pm before heading out for the nightlife. Afterwards, you can turn the night on its ear by checking out KISS tribute band Dressed To Kill at Cain's ballroom as part of a "Turn Tulsa Pink" charity event or dig into a night of live "Electro-Jamtronica" at The Colony as Digital Beat Down returns to town with Vibesystem or jam the night away with Higher Education, featuring Paul Benjaman & Steve Pryor at "Hortonfest"at Fassler Hall.

Sunday, Jan. 29

Don't miss MuteMath as the group returns to Cainís Ballroom with a new CD and even more refined sound. If youíre looking for blues, check out the weekly Bramhall Blues Review at Treehouse to get your fix.
