Bar: The Tropical Restaurant and Bar
Bartender: Jerrod Kennedy
Drink: June bug
1 oz Midori
3/4 oz Pineapple Dekuyper Schnapps
3/4 oz Banana Hiram Walker
1 oz pineapple
1 oz sweet and sour
splash of club soda
1 pineapple wedge
Directions: In mixing tin mix all ingredients
minus the club soda with ice. Make sure you give it a good shaking.
Now strain the contents of your mixing tin into a highball glass filled with ice. Add a splash of soda and
garnish with a
pineapple wedge with a cherry on top.
Now enjoy your tropical concoction that's gonna make you wish you were by the pool catching some rays.
