Drink: A Touch of Cinnamon & Clove

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz clove infused vodka

3/4 oz of cinnamon schnapps

squeeze of fresh lemon

Ginger Ale

Directions: In a shaker with ice, mix the clove infused vodka, cinnamon schnapps and a squeeze of lemon. Swirl -- don't shake it. Setting that to the side, take a martini glass with ice and put about 3 drops of lemon bitters in to coat the edges of the glass then dispose of the contents. Finally, strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass and top off with ginger ale. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Now sit back, put on some Sergio Mendez and relax.
