1 1/2 oz Whitley Neill Gin
1/4 oz house infused ginger simple syrup
2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
squeeze of lime
You are going to start off with a sugar rimmed goblet filled with ice. Now fill your glass, in order, with 1 1/2 ounce of Whitley Neill Gin, 1/4 ounce of house infused ginger simple syrup and 2 ounces of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Finally garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of mint. Now slip into the pool and enjoy a nice breeze and a Summer Fling.
