all they have to do is publish their cost/benefit analysis. its not har to share with the public and the city council.

unless there is "sensitive information" in it. even then, that could be redacted. unless said redaction might leave the report page after page of black or blank paper.

or mybe they didn't do any cost benefit work. that would mean taylor and himmelpuppet are the "idiots". mr. pot, over here. I've got a kettle you just have to meet.

how can these two supposedly edcated people go through a budget process and at least addenouh cops to eliminate overtime. if ot is time and a half there should be enough money to add a few more cops at regular pay plus benefits. if ot is 2 mll a year, that would addquite a few bodies.

there is an ulterior motive here. someone should investigate, assuming they find the time and backbone.

or better yet, take it out of tom baker's ample posterior.
