The voters of this great state have spoken. The only unconstitutional thing that could happen is that this legislation be delayed or overturned because some pastor says his congregation is dwindling and costing him money. Who cares if an illegal immigrant lost their driver's license. If they had one, they committed fraud to get it in the first place. Who cares if a restaurant that cators to illegal immigrants is losing business? Those aren't legal arguments against this legislation... all it is is whining... and a waste of tax payer dollars...

If.... and I do mean "IF" there was intentional breaking of a petition law, then I think they paid the price by having the petition and their cause thrown out. However, using a political agenda to have these invididuals indicted as criminals... that's absolutely ridiculous. This indictments hold a 10 yr penalty.... drug dealers and most violent criminals don't get 10 yrs in this state. Grow up... don't use a political agenda to ruin the lives of these individuals that did nothing more than tried to exercise their right to participate in their government... I don't even necessarily agree with their cause... but trying to put them in jail... that's a joke... and VERY anti-american.
