A solution to part of the problem might be for the U.S. government to start billing the Mexican Government for the services that their citizens receive here in the states. I believe that if the Mexican government started having to fork over for the cost of healthcare, education, incarceration, and social services received by it's former citizens that are now HERE illegally, the Mexican government might start to take securing the border a little more seriously and start preventing more of it's citizens from crossing over illegally and enjoying the "free-ride" here in America. The American government needs to hit the Mexican government where it hurts. Right in it's pocketbook......
