Many kudo's to UT for having what apparently is big K**huna's to print the truth. Drug Policy Alliance, stopthedrugwar.org, etc have been quite vocal and it's very, very good to see this piece in UT.

The statistics reflect individuals BEING TESTED. As with all studies the accuracy reflects only the statistics "gather-able". As with HIV we cannot know how many young people are transmitting STD's if they are not being seen for their sexual health once they are sexually active or have been sexually violated.

Interesting to note that females were the focus of this report. What about males?
