although i am not hispnic in any way i am very much apart of the hispanic community. my fiance is from honduras and is currently sitting in jail waiting to be tried. i am a manager of a pizza chain here in owasso and the majority of my staff are from mexico. i speak spanish most of the day. not only has HB 1804 caused hostilty towards the hispanic community but also towards those of us who embrace it. i was verbally attacked by a guest here at my store one day because i insisted on speaking my crew's native language. You know, im more likely to get any job or get paid more because i speak spanish.
well, tomorrow i find out if he will return back to honduras and if im going to move there myself. wish me luck!
