If the article included an address and phone number, it'd be helpful. Apparently the writer was at the 3114 East Pine Street location. The one I've read about is at 4518 South Peoria.

Name calling and insults? I'm guessing first two comments came from the owners or members of their families.
I have no connection to Cork or UTW and I'll take Ms. Kelly's write-up as fact. She's always does quality work. Suggesting she'd lie is pure silliness. It isn't often a restaurant reviewer criticizes an establishment. Good for Katharine!

The term Michael used regarding the circulation numbers was "suggests."
From Merriam-Webster:
"Suggest ~ to offer for consideration or as a hypothesis."
That's a far cry from stating a fact.
I believe for a statement to be judged as libel, it must be one that claims to be fact and is not clearly identified as an opinion.
