I know that the city's decision to buy a new city hall has been hashed many times other than renting empty offices where did this money come from? Also why the hell do we have leave every light in the building on all night? The city can not afford to pay an electricity bill that large espicall when there is no point in having the lights on. Get a clue and save some energy and money turn the damn lights off at night.
