HB1804 has no effect on me as a U.S. citizen. Thirtythree years here in America has been great. No one said it was easy. Its not like my forefather of my birth country left me with anything, accept war, poverty, femish, disease, hunger, and landmines. But the interesting thing about those I.N.S. agents, all three were of Hispanic background. How ironic mmm huh.... I'm sure this Bill is intended for the better good, for social economic structure and ILLEGALS who comitts crime against American citizens. By stating this opinion, Iam not a person that practice law or who is actively involve in polotics. I'm not expressing my opinion to draw sympathy, but to acknowledge that we're not all here to rape and pillurge your neck of the woods or hoods. As a young boy I was caught up in your diplomacy in southeast Asia and now as an adult, I'm caught in your liberty in laws.

I'm not pissed off, but of course that professional theif who unlocked my gas cap and the thug who comes in my apartment and tampered with my belongings and steal shit. Overall its been a peaceful 2008 so far. But here a thought for yall, who coerce in this type of behavior and prance in public with credibility with your associate hidden in the background. I like to share a fable with you. A wise man, walking alone, Was being bothered by a fool throwing stones at his head. Turning to face him, he said: "My dear chap, well thrown! Please accept these few francs. You've worked hard enough to get more than mere thanks. Every effort deserves its reward. But see that man over there? He can afford more than I can. Present him with some of your stones: they'll earn a good wage." Lured by bait, the stupid man ran off to repeat the outrage on the other citizen. This time he wasn't paid in money for his stones. Up rushed serving-men, and seized him and thrashed him and broke all his bones. In the courts of kings there are pests like this, devoid of sense: They'll make their master laugh at your expense. To silence their cackle, should you hand out rough punishment? Maybe your not strong enough or rich enough to take them all. Better to persuade them to attack, harass, steal from somebody else, who can more than pay them back. These are those mere francs, fools,$5,653.00, Attorney fee, Court Cost, Bailbonds, and property dammage.

I live in an apartment call Riverbend. And I notice when I am not home and theirs maintenance to be done and I'm not there. I intrust the people who comes in my apartment to respect my things. But thats not the case. Instead this individual committs petty theiverie. First it was the bug guy who decide to help himself to a redbull. Second it was a maintenance personell who thought he open a box of honeybunn and eat one and put it back in the cabinet at the very bottom. And recently I've notice someone had flatten my tire on a mountainbike which I had replace a new tube the day before, my internet was disconnected, not the service. Third and recently apartment maintenance does a yearly maintenance check, and steal four protein energy bar. So I reported it to property manager, and she says that I might have eaten them and forgot about it, as she throw a temper tantrum and hang up on me. This makes me wonder, what else are these people doing when I'm not there as they decide to snoop and help themselves to whatever. My personel information maybe?
