If anyone thinks the Osage County Sheriff's office can solve this then they better think again. They can't even keep enough deputy's on the job to solve the day-to-day crimes. More than 30 deputy's have left Osage County S/O since this sheriff has taken office ( 2006). They have had many years to solve this crime and they are no closer now than they were when it happened. Mr Koch is grooming himself for his re-election bid in 2012.
