Loo, Mark McCullough has a bill that would do just that, mandatory 8 hours of counseling to get married and 20 hours to get a cheaper marriage license

Another poor article by the Urban Tulsa about education. A 16 year old girl and two of her best friends are 30 and 34? Why does the Urban Tulsa continually slam public education and promote this nonsense?

Anybody that agrees with Brandon Dutcher is a moron he is too far right wing but I will admit he is smart in that he gets paid good money to work for a "think tank" while most of us are working hard for little pay that probably includes the 200 or so people that work for "homerun"
