Have eaten there numerous times and absolutely love it. Each of the stations has its own chef with recipes that vary from day to day. My favorites are the Italian, Asian, and Barbeque stations. And of course the desserts are out of this world - gotta try the pecan tart. Don't be afraid to step outside the box and try dishes you've never had before. You wont be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh, the recipes are well thought out, and the service is excellent. Not your typical slop buffet. It is truly a gourmet, fine dining experience.
