The above comments are correct...the service is horrible, but the food is okay. There were overcharges on our credit card bill, as well, and it took over 30 minutes for it to get cleared up. On top of that, we had our vehicle parked by the Mayo Hotel valet service, and they "misplaced" our keys, which took another 15 minutes for them to locate. Doubt we'll be returning anytime soon.

...although, this was a nice attempt to keep him in town. Chef Neal will be leaving The Mayo / Trula in a few weeks.
