It's interesting to note that in his review, Mr. Hamilton LIKES much of the food the rude server brought to him, particularly the tabouli, ribs & steak. It appears as though the service colored his overall experience enough to warrant "disssing" the entire restaurant. A native Tulsan (who returned after twenty years), I've lived in Dallas, Los Angeles, Boston, Denver, Nashville & San Antonio, as well as traveled to forty-nine of the fifty Unitied States, and six foreign countries. My experience is similar to that of George (above); I've had steak at two Palm locations, Morton's, Ruth Chris'... only Fleming's has served me a steak as delicious as Jamil's. the (lack of) seasoning that Mr. Hamilton nebulously mentions in his review is precisely what makes a Jamil's steak so sublime for me. While Jamil's has always had peaks and valleys, its food remains a taste that I crave... and it rarely lets me down.
