after serving my time in the Marines i have come to notice something that is happening all over tulsa. the American Flags all over Tulsa are in a terrible shape! come on people! If you are going to let Old Glory fly at least have the knowledge on how to maintain, fold, what time to raise and lower and what sizes of our Flag needs to be flown in certain weather! Tulsa i know you have a deep respect, loyalty and love for this great Nation so please learn to respect it by knowing your National Fag!
