The law says if you know of any child abuse report it. I reported it got a case number called two weeks later to check on the case. Was told we do not go out on old reports. I said this happened during Christmas break and then I took the child out of the home for safety. Our great court system gave her back this being a proparent state we give the parents a second chance to kill or abuse their children again. Emotional abuse shows no bruises until the child explodes from within and then the state takes over and pays for help that was reported years ago. How stupid can we get. The sitting judge is sending these kids that are asking for help, back into dangerous homes and she needs to answer for that.
